of visit. Many international visitors may be eligible for a Visa on Arrival or an electronic Visa on Arrival
for Indonesia.
The Visa on Arrival generally allows a stay of up to 30 days and may be extended once for another 30 days,
subject to Indonesian immigration regulations. Delegates may apply for an electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VoA)
several days before their arrival in Indonesia, allowing them to complete the visa process in advance and
enjoy a smoother arrival experience. Delegates are strongly advised to check the latest visa requirements
before traveling and to ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival
in Indonesia.

Delegates may take an official airport taxi, arrange a private airport transfer, book transportation through their hotel, or use ride-hailing services such as Grab or Gojek. The journey to Nusa Dua usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please check the designated pick-up area for Grab or Gojek at the airport before booking. For convenience, delegates are advised to arrange transportation in advance, especially during peak arrival hours.
